Centre for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Research
The Centre for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Research brings together research expertise to tackle heart failure, diabetes and blood-related disorders, and is lead by Professor Khalid Naseem. The Centre focuses particularly on treatments that can be translated from the laboratory bench to the bedside, with a real impact on patient care.
