All funds raised as part of HYMS@TEN will go to support the five hospices in our region, and to endow HYMS bursaries and scholarships. These good causes were chosen by a vote of all HYMS staff in autumn 2012.
Local hospices
There are five hospices in the HYMS region of North and East Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire.
Scholarships and bursaries
As well as supporting local hospices, we'll also be raising money to fund HYMS scholarships and bursaries. These will give financial help to students and prospective students in financial hardship so they can continue their studies.
