• Applicants for 2012: All interviewed candidates will hear by the end of February whether or not they have been successful in securing an offer from HYMS.

• Unsuccessful applicants: Unsuccessful candidates are welcome to request feedback on their applications. Requests must be made in writing to

  Please include your name and UCAS number in the letter. Feedback cannot be requested or provided via email or telephone. Candidates should be aware that feedback may not be provided until February 2012.
• Criminal Records – applicants for 2012 entry: If you have any prior criminal charges or convictions, you must inform the HYMS Associate Dean for Admissions in writing immediately. This includes both spent and unspent convictions. It also includes, but is not limited to, cautions, reprimands, final warnings, bind-over orders or similar, fixed penalty notices, penalty notices for disorder, ASBOs and VOOs. Information about your criminal record will not be available to the assessors who read your UCAS form, nor to your interviewers and it will not affect how we rank your application.
