  • Office Closure: The Admissions Office will be closed on Monday 27th May,for the Bank Holiday, re-opening on Tuesday 28th May.
  • Mitigating circumstances : The only mitigating health circumstances we consider in the context of a candidate failing to meet the academic requirements is that of temporary illness, accident or injury at the time of assessment or examinations. You will need to write directly to us (emails are not acceptable) enclosing documentary evidence, such as a medical certificate, and, in the case of school leavers, a letter from your school confirming that Special Consideration forms were submitted to the exam board at the time of sitting your exams, and giving the dates of the exams for which those forms were submitted together with any other confirmatory information. The deadline for submitting any such application is Monday 1st July 2013 for IB students and Thursday 1st August 2013 for A Level students.
  • Campus allocation and accommodation: We have now sent campus allocation emails to our firm offer holders! The universities (York and Hull) will be in touch with you regarding accommodation soon. For reference, The University of Hull have sent their accommodation packs out by email. The York accommodation application process is done online, and you will receive an email from the university during the summer informing you when you can apply.
