Allocation to either the Hull or York campus is normally done randomly by ballot and we do not allocate a campus until applicants have firmly accepted a place at HYMS (normally in early June). We reserve the right to alter campus allocations after A-level results have been confirmed, if this is absolutely necessary to correct a serious imbalance which might otherwise endanger clinical learning opportunities.
Normally, we will only consider requests for a specific campus allocation if you fall into one of the following categories.

To make a request, you are required to firmly accept our offer and then send a written request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include any relevant documentation and state your UCAS number. All request must be received by Monday 02 May 2016.
You will hear the result of your request from us by the end of May at the latest. If HYMS was your insurance offer in April, we cannot guarantee to meet your request.
In years 3, 4 and 5, all students undertake placements across the whole of our region, including Hull, York, Scarborough, Scunthorpe and Grimsby, regardless of their home campus.
