My work includes undertaking applied health service and implementation research as part of the RESOLVE programme to implement and study health outcome measures in routine clinical practice among palliative care providers across Yorkshire, to improve care. I actively contribute, manage and coordinate the RESOLVE (Projects B & C) program ethical, R&D, and local site approvals; recruit, collect, analyze and interpret project data; and write up and present RESOLVE data as project outputs, papers and report to bodies supervising/funding the research within the project framework and timelines. I also work with colleagues in the research team and other collaborators and partners and support staff and project students to develop RESOLVE work and future collaborations.

Biography

I am a public health researcher with over a decade of experience designing and conducting health research in Africa and Europe on non-communicable diseases and chronic care; maternal and child health; sexual and reproductive health; migrant health and health inequalities; and Neglected Tropical Diseases. I contribute to post graduate teaching and co-facilitate capacity-building workshops on qualitative research design and conduct, analysis and presentation in partner institutions.
