I am an NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer in General surgery, working under the supervision of Ian Chetter professor of surgery, delivering research in surgical education, wound healing and collaborative multi specialty clinical topics.
Marina is an NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer in General surgery at Hull York Medical School and a surgeon in training. She has completed her PhD at the University of Leeds assessing different ways surgeons can prepare prior to bowel surgery, tailored to the individual patient. She has been an NIHR ACF and has completed an MSc, University of London in surgical skills and sciences, with Merit. She published widely and presented in national and international conferences.
Marina's special research interest is surgical education, wound healing and collaborative multi specialty clinical research.
