Dr Aditi Dey is a Senior Research Fellow (Staff Scientist) at the Hull York Medical School, where she supports translational haematology research through advanced technical leadership. Working closely with the Centre for Blood Research, she contributes to the design and execution of high-quality experimental work, the generation of pilot data for grant applications, and the development of sustainable research infrastructure such as biobanking. Dr Dey plays a key role in fostering a collaborative and supportive research environment at Hull York Medical School — mentoring students, clinicians, and early-career researchers, and helping bridge discovery science with clinical application.
