Joe works as a Senior Lecturer in Cardiology with a specialist research interest in heart failure. He leads on multiple projects within a Cardiology department with an international reputation for world leading research.
Joe Cuthbert is a Senior Lecturer at Hull York Medical School and an honorary consultant cardiologist at Hull University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. His research work focusses on the use of diuretics in patients with heart failure, and heart failure as a co-morbidity, and has published widely in the field. He is involved in organising and delivering cardiovascular aspects of the undergraduate curriculum at HYMS.
