Placement planning and qualitative assurance of Primary Care placements within the South Tees area. This is predominantly around Northallerton and Middlesborough area. At present this looks after third years, fourth years (Longitudinal Internal Clerkship) and fifth years.
I provide teaching support for the LIC placements within this area. I also provide several options for the SSIP around the areas of Veterans' Health and Social Media within Primary Care.
I am currently a portfolio GP with a focus towards education. I work primarily out of Eaglescliffe Medical Practice as a partner and GP trainer. This is a practice of 13,000 for which I lead for Information Governance, social media and IT. As a recent Army Veteran (August 2021) I am also the lead for Veterans’ Health. My other paid role is with Hull York Medical School as the Associate Director of Primary Care.
